I have a sister that uses hotmail basic. Do to spam and inactivity many
times her mailbox is full. What happens to incoming messages? Are they held
in que? When someone reads a message, I have sent them, I am notified of the
event. I never receive a read, or a return to sender, or undeliverable
message, and she never gets them.
