Hi,
I am using IE6 Sp1. If I click on a link that tries to open a second IE6
window, the second window freezes and does not display its data. I have
tried accessing the same links from a different computer so I know they are
valid. I am using IE6 Sp1 on a Windows XP Pro machine accessing the
Internet using a cable modem. If I try to open 2 IE windows from the Icon,
they both start and run OK. The problem only occurs if one IE window needs
to start a second window. This problem started about a week ago. I may have
clicked on Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Restore Defaults during
that time - I am not sure.
I have run the Windows Updates, scanned for viruses, reinstalled IE6 SP1 and
loaded WebRoot Spy Sweeper but nothing have helped.
Any suggestions.
Thanks
