In Hotmail, access the account in the browser, and use the "Options"
link. On that page, I think you use the "Mail" link on the new layout.
There should be a link to "Spam", or "Bulk" mail. Alas, the site is
currently inaccessible, so I can't get there for a proper map.

In Lycos, access the account in the browser, and use the "Options"
button in the left column. The option list has an entry labeled "Spam
Filters"; click on the link. Use the "Most Aggressive" setting. I
don't think it is identical to Hotmail's "Exlusive" setting; it looks
like it still puts unscored email in the Inbox.

In Yahoo!, access the account in the browser, and use the "Mail
Options" link, then the "Spam Protection" link. Activate "SpamGuard".
Select the amount of time you want messages to be held in the "Bulk"
folder. Activate "Image Blocking" to prevent web bugs from working.
Your choice on the "Mark Spam + Not Spam", but I prefer not to set it
to block senders because spammers are always forging and spoofing
addresses. You will quickly exhaust the capacity of the list with
addresses that the spammer will never use in more than two, or three
runs. I do set the "Move to Inbox" option. When you see spam in your
Inbox, you can click the "This is Spam" button, and that will tweak
the SpamGuard filters. When you check your Bulk folder, you can mark
any messages wrongly placed there with the "This is not Spam" button.
