Really! Speak for yourself! I neither top posted, nor full quoted. I quoted
"in-line" in response to your points; this is more than acceptable, it is
preferred. I certainly did not include the quote of the original article, as
true full-quoter would have done.

Your fuel line, do with it as you will. It might cost you $75 to save $50,

Why would I try it? I don't use MSOE for news (except for an occasional
session of "sock puppet"!). I use Forté Free Agent for posting spam to
<news.admin.net-abuse.email>, and on those occasions when I would post
Japanese characters; Gravity 2.60 doesn't understand Japanese.
