What tech? Neither WinXP Home nor WinXP Pro come with MSN Explorer or MSN
Messenger. Some OEM versions of WinXP do come with MSN Explorer and MSN
Messenger being /available/ to install. If you find either of these in
Add/Remove Programs, you may uninstall them from there, too.
