Simple. Double click the message in the list so it opens its own window,
then double click the name of the sender in the From line (even though it
does not appear as a hyperlink, it will open to the information you want).

Yes, that'll work fine, but only if the message comes from
someone in your address book (great for personal but not
for any business use).
