PLEASE HELP!!

I can receive emails through OE but can't send any. I get this error message

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's
e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'xxxxxxxx'
Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.xxxxx.com', Server:
'smtp.starfieldtech.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '452 Space
shortage, please try later', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
452, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

and a similar message when I try to send through my yahoo.

My email accounts are working fine directly - it's just OE that distorts
outgoing mail.

If anyone can help, I'd be really grateful!
