Jim,
When I try to open the cumulative update for SP1 referenced in the link below, I get a message saying "This update requires Internet Explorer Service Pack 1 to be installed." What am I doing wrong?

The listing you post does not show that you've installed the Cumulative
Update and that may be the fix for the problem. The link to download the
