I'd suspect your problem is because you keep thinking Q331923 (Oct-02) is
needed and it's not: Q330994 (Apr-03) is a *Cumulative* Patch for OE so it
includes the fixes introduced in Q331923.
Further compounding the problem, Q331923 itself included the even earlier
"OE5.5 Roll Up" (aka Cumulative Patch) Q328389, and most of the DLL files
installed by Q328389 were superceded in Q330994 with newer versions.
Again...
>> rely on Windows Update for the updates and patches you

The behaviour you describe in your last post (incoming mail going to the
wrong Identity), while infrequent, is not unknown but we've seen nothing to
indicate that the fault lies with OE.
See previous suggestions: tidy up and possibly even replace both Identities;
disable email scanning (and/or disable all third-party apps like NSW, NIS,
anything by McAfee, anti-spam tools either on your machine or not; update
virus definitions daily & run a full system scan daily; use Ad-Aware, Spybot
and CWShredder to remove hijackware and parasites; and last but not least,
cleanly & completely uninstall all P2P apps like Kazaa, Grokster, BearShare,
&c.
