home page hi-jacked

Can anyone help me get my home page back please - a couple of days ago my
home page suddenly became hi jacked to
http://www.sqwire.com/homepage.php?aid=3303

I can say with absolute certainty that I did not do anything to allow this
to happen - and this programme does not show up in searches done by ad aware
and spy bot.

The option to choose my home page is now greyed out and I would appreciate
assistance in resetting this feature
