Sent items lost !

I opened my OE6 and I only had 3 sent items (3 that OE6 just sent when
opening OE) when I should have at least 1000 !
In Explorer, I can see this folder contains all of the sent items cause it's
really big (600,000 Ko) so can someone please help me restore all my sent
items, they are REALLY IMPORTANT !
