You can save the draft message to the desktop and edit the header in Notepad
and save it back again and then send the message. The problem when you do
that, is that OE changes all the header information again and what you
changed won't stick.

The only way to do this is to hack the message in the outbox prior to
sending it, and you don't want to go there.
