Your small "error" is totally forgiven considering the time and the quality
of the "tutorial" assistance that you have given me .... once again, thank
you !!!

Have carried out your "new" instructions per re-opening OE .... works like a
dream !!

Can't see attached html file re 2nd way of using pre-formatted stationary
but presume that is because I have accessed this discussion group again via
IE ??? I will go to OE later and presumably will see it then ??? Do I need
"HTML" option ticked in OE options to be able to read your file ??
** That option looks to be way above my level of expertise but I do want to
learn so when I have a couple of hours will follow it thru !!

Thanks again for your time & assistance to someone a whole lot LESS
