Re: Preview window gone



Hi Don,

I should have stated that in my post........sorry :-)) I did have it
checked. I unchecked it, closed OE, rebooted, checked it again and still no
preview. It was obviously something in the SP2 update. I wonder if I try
to reinstall SP2 if it will let me without uninstalling it first. I
installed from the free CD that I've had for 3mos.

I guess I should ask the obvious question first:o)
Are you sure you have a checkmark in the "Show Preview" checkbox in the
Select Stationery dialog box:

It should be checked as in this screenshot:


If you already have a checkmark in this box, try unchecking it and close
Outlook Express.
Then reopen Outlook Express and put the checkmark back in.
