Re: Help with Stationery and OE 6

Hi Joc,

If you want to use a different HTML file in a reply, other than the one sent by your recipient:

Highlight the email message in the Inbox you want to reply to and click on the Reply button.

When the Compose Window opens, if you are not already configured to send in Rich Text then click on Format||Rich Text(HTML).
You should see three tabs and the bottom of the Compose Window, EDIT, SOURCE, and PREVIEW.

Now open up the Html Template file you want to use in your reply with Notepad and click "Edit||Select All" then "Edit||Copy"

Return to the Compose Window and click on the Source tab and the bottom of the Compose screen, in the Source Window,
click "Edit||Select All" and then "Edit||Paste" to paste your Html Template into the Source screen.
Then click on the Edit tab at the bottom of the compose window to add your text.  Finally, click on the Preview tab at the
bottom of the compose window to view your message as is will appear to your recipient.

Note:
When using this method you must ensure that you have the full path to any image or sound files in your Html Template, as OE will
not add a BASE tag to reference the the path to your images or sound files when using this copy and paste method.
So make sure you have the full path in any file in an Image tag or BGSOUND tag....example:
<IMG src="">
