Sounds like a problem i ran into a while back.
It has to do with using Word as the email editor. If you turn off word as
the email editor, then that wont happen. Something about using word on the
recieving computer is wacko... If they turn that off all should work.

So many people use word for thier email and I really can't see the reason
for it. Especially with security these days being what it is, there will
probabably be a time when email will revert back to just plain old text.
