Hi Mark & Bri,

Go to Tools/Options/Security and un-check the box that says do not allow attachments, and also uncheck the one that says block external content...

I recently installed OE6 on my laptop, when I receive a
document with a Word or Excel documnet I can not open. The
paper clip appears, and I can see the attachment, but it's
light. When I double click nothing happens. Any
suggestions?
