It will remove all sites from all zones, but you might try DelDomains.inf
from http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/restricted.htm (About 1/4 way down the
page.)

I have a number of wildcard restricted sites in this folder starting *..
which I cannot remove. All others in this folder can be removed using the
remove tab. Any ideas about how to clear this log
