Re: Connection Works in Safemode but not in normal Windows



Thank you for responding to my plea. I have worked a fix to connect to the
Internet, but I did not fix the problem. I will try what you have suggested
and let you know. My deselected everything in MSCONFIG except for my DHCP
client. Then I painstakingly selected each service one by one until I found
what was killing the process. Turns out that my Symantec firewall is
infected and was killing the connection. I don't know how to fix that
because nothing seems to be cleaning it. Anyways, I installed another
firewall and am using IE fine now. But I will try your solutions to see if I
can clean that file.
