Send it to OE and then in OE do a File, Save As... .mht (you have to type
the extension as there is no direct support for this but it can be opened
later by IE.)

Maybe not. One example would be a script running in the page which
is making it look like that. Just continue clicking on Stay Offline and
eventually you may be left alone to read whatever is left.
