You just might find that this is what you've been looking for for a while...

If you are going to "reap" a site in it's entirety it's best to contact the
owner - not so much as for permission (there's the fair use application with
copyright) but to let them know and to make sure that they don't mind
because you're going to use a lot of their bandwidth when you do so. The
price of bandwidth has dropped a great deal over the past few years but it's
still not that inexpensive so they might request that you simply do so once
a month or even less often. Then again, like me, they may just say go ahead
or have already posted it on their site as we have.
