First thing to do: reinstall the Flash player from www.macromedia.com.

Also, maybe she has a firewall that block access to that site.

If that doesn't help, locate the HOSTS file on that machine and open it in
Notepad. Beware: that file has no extension and could be hidden. Delete all
lines that look like

127.0.0.1 www.hanson.net

Save the file and restart the computer.
