In fact everyday!!! Microsoft thinks that IT consultants don't have anything better to do so it keeps getting new patches even if there are no changes. This is one way to keep Microsoft in the news. This is called FREE PUBLICITY.

Every first or second (can't remember exactly) Tuesday of the month you will get a new security patch. Microsoft products are very buggy and so Uncle Bill has decided to rectify the situation before he starts losing corporate clients. He has lost ideas to produce new products so he works on patches and security matters. Our Babushka (Russian term for Kelly - 62 years old great grand mother) has had a patch of SP2 to improve her looks!. She expects this to protect her from ogle eyes; I thought she could have left this to nature because man don't turn their heads towards old women!

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.
I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.
