Have you tried right-click, Save As... ?

It appears that ICMP is blocked somewhere near there.
telnet 80 would be a better connectivity test anyway.
FWIW it responds to me for GET /
(that's GET<space><slash><Enter>)

Do you think you have an association established for .pls?
What is the filetype?

One way to find out would be to enter in a command window:

    assoc .pls

then with whatever that showed (say .pls=plsfile) enter:

    ftype plsfile

and see what program is associated with that filetype.
It's possible that it could be something you installed into your TIF
and it now is gone. If so just remove that filetype. You could actually
do that with the ftype command but I would use the Folder Options
File Types tool instead. E.g. Run... control folders and choose that
tab, etc.

Good luck
