IE6 setup failure

    Hi everyone, I have downloaded and started the internet
    explorer 6 (sp1) setup programm from the windowsupdate
    site in order to upgrade my internet explorer 5 to 6
    (windows 98-sd). But after starting setup, it everytime
    intalls a number of files and stops then presenting the
    following message:

    IE6WZD caused a fault with regard to an invalid
    page in
    module SETUPAPI.DLL op017f:77d96777.
