Hi Diana,
It would be hard to troubleshoot this issue since it occurred after several
hours. However, I'd still like to check the following:
1. Have you used an up-to-date antivirus software to perform a full scan of
your system?
2. If the issue occurred accidently, what changes were made around that
time? If you just leave computer without doing anthing after the first
reboot, will the issue occur either?
3. What is the Operating System? Can you boot the computer to Safe Mode
with Networking to test the problem?
4. Do other computers connect to the same ISP have the problem?
Sincerely,
William Wang
