Font problems with IE

I have a laptop running windows XP Pro and IE 6 sp1 with all the updates.

When I log on to this laptop with user1 and look at web pages the font sizes
are huge I look at tool view - text size and set this to tyhe smallest but
the fonts are still huge I can see the web page.

If I log on with another user the fonts sizes are ok not a problem with text
size normal.

I have tried repair IE with no effect, has any one else come across this an
no how to solve this problem thgat seems to be user profile based. If not
how can I uninstall and reinistall IE 6 on win XP Pro
