IE6 Outlook express

I had IE5.5 & downloaded IE6 I use Windows 98SE.
When I receive e-mails with pictures or large files I
receive message "OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail: pic02088.pcx"
I never had this problem with IE5.5. Is there something
that can be done to correct this, as I receive several
messages a day with pictures or large files attached &
cannot view or read them?
Please help!!!!
