Problem Description: Hi,

This is a problem that started after I did a autoload
from MIcrosoft that stated an update was available. Then
Internet Explorer went blank and transparent only showinn
the header. I attempted a reload of IE but no help

I did what you recommended and removed thecheck on 3rd
party brousers. Then did a restart. Still transparent on
the Internet explorer. Only shows the page header. I have
Toshiba tecra 8100 and the PID is 55277-OEM-0.

There are many blurbs on the Microsoft site that it is
happening

Help,

Mike

Problem Description: Jarnel,

Thanks for the response.I did as you directed. Unchecked
the 3rd party brouser and initiated a shutdown and
restart. This did not help. The PC is a Toshiba Tecra
3100. The PID is 55277-OEM. I have been reading others
with the same problem on the microsoft chat page.

I look forward for further directions from you.

Thanks again,

Mike
