i used seeMeMe windows utility and i delet some 
directories by mistake and now norten doesent't work. it 
says i need to downlode 4.o1 or greater internet 
explorer. which i have i check in help option there is no 
version name and cipher strength: 128-bit. it also says 
this is a customized version of internet explorer. aslo 
in tools-internet option- advance seeting there is 
blanck. nothing i can do about. is there any idea to 
solve this problem.
