Your ISP should be providing you with information on how to upload data,
files etc to your webspace. You can use
Do you have Front Page from Office? If so you can load your webpage into
this, and go to File>Publish Site. The data that needs to be filled out
there
you need to get from your ISP provider.
Your ISP also might have an upload tool via their own company's website.
(Earthlink was an example that has or had this, but I currently do not use
this provider)
