Is this a genuine MS msg?

Hello, hope someone had experience with this? I received a few days ago a
message from Microsoft - its heading is:

I wish it had a link so I could send it to you. When I right clicked, the
"Properties" was greyed out. I'm afraid to go get this patch for fear it

Should I go to Microsoft about this question? If so, anyone has an email?
Or the direct link so I can discover if they sent this one or not?
