name and password

hi to everibody


in the last days I have a stange problem in OE

I have 2 accounts , one is working without problems, the second show me the
request of name and pw.
I introduce the correct name and pw but it asks again.

the name and pw are correct because I test it form the server.
in the server I also changed name and pw and they works

I cancel the wrong account and exit from OE before to setup again but the
result is always the same.

can somebody help me pls?
