Have you Scand your system for ad ware? Ad ware is software that displays
pop ups. Dam Annoying! If you do not have software that can scan you system
do a net search for a company called Lavasoft. There program, Ad-ware 6 is
very good. It fixed my problem of pop ups for me, where as my anti virus
software could only tell me of the problem.
Hope this helps.
