IE 6

IE 6 takes numerous tries to start up. Each try results in another listing
for IE in programs running list in Task Manager. Problem could have come
following hard reboot after going to wep site I couldn't close pages nor get
out of, so hit reset power button. Runs fine when it finally does start up.
Running Windows XP Pro, IE 6. Any comments?
