What happens when you try to install this specific ActiveX Control? Any error messages?

Did you purchase Spyware Doctor?

See if disabling Spyware Doctor OnGuard makes any difference: Open Spyware Doctor | click on "OnGuard" button (left side) | uncheck/disable "Activate OnGuard" | Exit.

Examples of a third-party firewalls: ZoneAlarm; Comodo.

I think i donot have any third party - firewall.

I checked the pop-up blocker which is off and I also checked the Security
Level under Internet Options which is set to Medium and i could not find a
