Sorry about that. Yes, I uninstalled Norton....don't think I ran the
removal tool.
Installed version is Norton Internet Security 2008.
Windows XP Pro; IE6

What Norton application did you install? Did you uninstall the previous
application *and* run the Norton Removal Tool *before* installing the new
version?
