current when printing a website page, the current url of the site does not

have cleared the cache, etc. but a url from a previously visited page DOES

Check your printer settings. Something/someone may have hardcoded
the one you are seeing... File, Page Setup... Header...
Hmm... what do you have in the Footer field? FWIW that's where I see
the &u parameter.
