Was TeaTime enabled when Spybot was installed?

Hi PA Bear, I have IE 6.0.2900.2180
I did install the new version of Spybot, the free version and that is
about
when the problem started I think. So I uninstalled it and rebooted, still
having the same issue.... any other suggestions?
I have to reset all my toolbar settings everytime I reboot, which is once
per day.
Thanks for your help.

Windows version? IE version?
One or more options/settings in an ever-growing number of third-party
applications may be disallowing the setting from "sticking". These
include
but are not limited to Ad-aware's Ad-Watch, Spybot Tea Timer,
SpywareBlaster, SpySweeper, Spyware Doctor, Norton AntiVirus, McAfee
VirusScan and/or Antispyware, and Zone Alarm (Free and Pro).

fine until I reboot, when all my settings seem to go away and the
toolbars
go to some other configuration and I have to start all over.
Any suggestions within the registry, etc.... to fix this?
Thank you.
