Hi Shakey,

Windows Live toolbar installed? There is an option Web Search> Show search
suggestions from History and Show search suggestions from the web.

Some text has recently started showing up in green and passing mouse over
it calls up a LIVE SEARCH box.
Is this something some sites use or did I catch a bug?
