Thank you "Singapore" and "Nass".
I tried all. Lavasoft, add-ons disabled ... IE 7 to IE6... Inclusively I've
changed antivirus. But the problem remains. When browsing IE6 or IE7 the
system frozes very oftenly obliging the computer to be reebooted.

Hi Ms,
Did you uninstalled any software for the Old ISP and set the New ISP as the
default Connection on your system?.
Try these steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Taps:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced.
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Click on Connection Tab and make sure the new ISP is set as the Default
connection and the old one not there and if there remove it.
Click on LAN Settings, make sure there is NO Proxy settings is checked.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
For Malware download both these software:
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
http://www.safer-networking.org ; for Spybot S&D
Run Disk Clean Up and Defrag in Safe Mode.
Look in the Event Viewer for any error messages(X) and double click them to
get more info about the causer and you can copy and paste in your next post
for us to have a look.
On how to access the Event viewer do the following:
Open a run command and type in:
eventvwr.msc click [OK] and click on each of the following and look in
the Right Pane/Window for the log and you will see the Red (X), double click
it and you will get more info about what app/Program caused it.
