Website comes up as a blank page

My users go to this site extensively and we have been having trouble accessing data on the pages. I tried several different things but have found no solution. Switching them to Firefox fixes the issue but we standardize on IE 6.

If the user goes to the site and does a property search, when they click on the link to view the data they get a blank page. Now if you open a new browser, then cut and paste the URL in and hit enter it opens fine. Not even right clicking and opening in a new window works. The only thing I've found is that there is a double forward slash in the URL that, if removed and replaced with a single forward slash, allows the page to render as normal. Does anyone know if this is a known bug or if there is a fix? I've called the support tech for the site and he doesn't have any idea what is happening and why it is only our users. Below is the whole URL with a random property ID for reference. Note the double forward slashes after searchflat.
