Try this:
_Enable_ or _Disable_ Right Click Context Menu (Line 56, Right)
(See instructions for REG files at top of page)

Download both files (contextmenu.reg and contextmenuundo.reg).
First run contextmenuundo.reg and reboot, then run contextmenu.reg and reboot. The first should remove all options from the right-click context menu; the second should bring them back, hopefully including the Save As option.
