When I attempt to email an internet page from the send item on the file menu,
it gives me a different address book than the one in my Microsoft Outlook.
Why?

In IE go to Tools | Options | Programs and set Outlook as the default email program.
Note that Outlook and Outlook Express are different programs and use different Address Books.
