Was looking at the Nissan site and could not open it because of the got

just installed ie7. seems ok so far except when try to log onto a site
i get the following:
"file download - security warining" and it says "do you want to save
this file, or find a program online to open it? i don't want to save
it, just open it. What does this mean, how is it supposed to be used
and how can i get rid of it?
