ie7 Toolbars?

Would anyone know how to arrange and customize the ie7 Toolbars to behave
the same as it did for ie6?
I have a 24" widescreen monitor set at a high resolution. Internet Explorer
7 seems to force the top toolbars to occupy a row for each toolbar, So if
I'm using 3 toolbars (native ie7 toolbars), they will each be on it's own
row. I could almost have all 3 toolbars fitting on one row yielding better
utilization of screen space.
Also, there are several toolbar buttons that I lost when upgrading to ie7,
I'd like to get those back but their not available in the "customize" dialog
box.
Maybe there is a simple trick I'm not finding here.
Is there a newsgroup specific to ie7 discussion (in English)?
Best regards,
Richard in VA.
