Clearing SSL Cache on IE 6 SP1 (W2K SP4)

We have a customer web-site that had it's certificate expire. The customer
has renewed the certificate. However, the only way to get back to this site
is by clearing the SSL cache, which works fine on XP SP2, but not on IE6 SP1
on W2K SP4 because the button to clear the SSL cache simply isn't available.
How can I clear the cache?
