bug.cgi images show red x

I posted previously I believe in the wrong group. So I will try this
again. I am running Windows XP. The browser is IE6 SP2. I was having no
luck with ANY websites showing images on web pages. SInce then I now
only have an issue with an occasional site. My big problem is on EBAY
site. There are red x's everywhere. When I right click on them here is
what it shows:
http://127.0.0.1:1025/bug.cgi
Now I have read in some other posts is could be a HOST issue. I dont
even know where to start with that one. I am not running any pop
blocker and my security settings are low enough. Prior to this as I
mentioned I could not see any image. There was some issue with Java. I
uninstalled Java and repaired a few minor things, cleared cache, made
sure system was stable and not missing anything. I reinstalled java.
That seemed to fix the problem but then I cam across EBAY and a few
other sites that show the above listed bug.cgi.
I would really like to reolve this issue as I have been at it for about
3 days now.
