Have a strange problem I all of a sudden my I.E. title bar now displays
what looks like Chinese Characters only in the title bar everything else
is in English but I never even tried to change the language .
How change default language in "Replies" ... the blank message form appears and the language in the bottom... language in the bottom bar is "Slovene". ... How can I default "replies" to English?... (microsoft.public.outlook.general)
