How many popup blocker toolbars do you have installed on IE. You must
disable them all if you want to enable popups.

With popups disabled you must hold down the Alt and Ctrl keys together when
you CLICK on the link.

I cant use pogo.com games in my MS Internet Explorer browser. When I do I
get a pop up message SO, I unblock popups then it states "you must hold
down
the Ctrl and Alt keys at the same time" but NOTHING happens when I do that
or
hold down the "shift key"
Whats up with that?
